The XC40 is a compact luxury crossover SUV by Volvo. This concept car was called concept 40.1 and was originally designed by Thomas Ingenlath and was launched in 2016. This was a historic event in Volvo’s history as it was the first five-door compact SUV released by them. XC40 won multiple awards for being Car of the year. XC40 was created for comfortable seating for up to five seats, with an ample amount of storage space. It has plug-in technology that gives an ultimate combination of performance and fuel efficiency. The vehicle has advanced technology with the intention to prevent accidents. XC40 has a recharge variant which is an electric AWD-only.
